This is a great way to get oatmeal into your day. I like this better than making oatmeal as a hot cereal. I make a batch of this Sunday night and eat it as long as it lasts. When the boys are home that is NOT long.
1 cup quick oats
1 cup Stonyfield lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Stonyfield organic lowfat milk
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons almonds

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to combine and allow to sit overnight. Serve the next day topped with honey or toasted almonds.
