Cauliflower Macaroni and Cheese:

Good way to get an important vegetable into your meal.

Cook 1 Box of pasta

In Saucepan cook 4tb butter on med heat, stir in 4tb flour. Slowly stir in 1-2 cups milk (depending on how creamy you like it) 1/4 cop at time. Keep stirring. Don't stop or it will burn. Add pinch salt, pepper.

Stir in 1/2 head cauliflower. Chopped pretty fine.

Stir in a big bunch of cheese (8oz or so--again depending on what you like). Can be chedder, gouda, jack, whatever. Let melt.

Pour cheese and pasta into baking dish. Mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Variations are infinite.
